Halloween Night

The full moon shone brightly through the smokey grey clouds

The brisk winds ran its chilling fingers down every spine

From it emanated a wordless disembodied shriek

It wove around the trees

Whose shadows reached out far across the ground

A cold rain poured down

Splashing against the ground

The rain and cold had deterred some

But monsters still roamed the land

A menagerie of vampires, zombies, were-wolves, and demons

All creeping around in the darkness
