Around 7:25 am, in Pennsylvania, the groundhog Punxsutawney Phil crept out of his hole and predicted to the U.S. whether or not he thought we’d have a long winter. Phil saw his shadow which means...LONG WINTER! However, any Wisconsinite probably could have told you that.
