SHS Golf Team Closes Out Season With Great Accomplishments

Girls Golf began to close with the North Shore Conference for both the JV and Varsity teams on September 17th and 18th. Slinger placed 3rd in the JV Conference even though all team members had began golfing only 14 months before. This is only the second year of Girls Golf at Slinger High School so this was a great accomplishment. One of the golfers placed individually as well. There was also a scramble a couple days later for golfers at Hartford which was the last time playing. The banquet for the team took place at the Mineshaft on October 11th where the girls had one last get together.
