Jack Reacher returns in Jack Reacher: Never go back

Tom Cruise returns as Jack Reacher, a former military police investigator turned drifter that brings criminals to justice as a citizen and brings them to the military police through Major Turner (played by Cobie Smulders) the head of the military police, until she’s convicted of crime she didn’t commit. Reacher goes out to clear her name and figure out why and who framed her in the first place. It's later revealed that Jack might have a daughter named Samantha (played by Danika Yarosh), who gets caught up in the case because of her relation to Jack.

Jack Reacher: Never go back is a very cliche and unnecessary film. The film does a terrible job of making the audience emotionally invested in the situation Jack Reacher’s in, and therefore, action scenes are boring and not that interesting in comparison to other action films. The acting and characters are very cliche and so boring that the audience likely wouldn’t care if they live or die. The only thing that makes the movie less painful is some of the funny dialogue, but that just couldn’t save the film. Jack Reacher:Never go back gets 2 out of 5 stars.
