My mask, my mask, I wear it a lot,

A perfect disguise to show who I'm not.

We all wear a mask to hide our true selves,

And when we're alone, they're back on the shelves.

Our feelings, our sadness at each passing day,

How easy, a mask can just take it away.

But they're not gone forever, they always return,

Into our lives just to make our world burn.

But the waters of truth will extinguish the flame,

And we'll finally be free of our sadness and shame.

But I'll give it my all and I'll do what I can,

To shatter my mask and show the world who I am.
