Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) is the continuing story of the superteam, The Avengers. After the collapse of S.H.I.E.L.D in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), The Avengers have been going around different Hydra bases looking for Loki’s scepter. While on the mission Tony aka Iron Man (played by Robert Downey Jr.) is hypnotized by Scarlet Witch (played by Elizabeth Olsen) that gives Tony a look into a dark future where all his friends have died and the Earth is under attack by Aliens. Tony with the help of Bruce Banner aka the Hulk (played by Mark Ruffalo) use the power of Loki’s scepter to build Ultron (played by James Spader) a peace keeping robot that goes off the rails and plans to destroy the Avengers by restarting the Earth. Ultron plans to do this by destroying the Earth using a large impact that would cause the Earth to be no more. So the Avengers are forced to stop Ultron from destroying the Earth and save the world.
Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) is a tremendous follow up to The Avengers (2012). The action is amazing with showing off all the cool things that each individual Avenger can do. The acting is great from everyone in the cast who give a feeling of friendship and comradery between each other. The new heroes like Vision (played by Paul Bettany), Quicksilver (played by Aaron Taylor) and Scarlet Witch are great additions to the cast and gives off another side of the Avengers. The characters are terrific with t the Avengers having these nightmarish hallucinations that goes deeper into the characters and makes them feel more 3 dimensional. The comedy is funny and adds more to the relationships of the characters. The weakness of the film is Ultron is a basic villain. Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) gets 9.5/10 stars.
