Thor Ragnarok is the continuing adventures of Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth) son of Odin who is on a mission to find out why he’s having dreams of Asgard buring. While on his journey, Thor runs into Hela (played by Cate Blanchett) the goddess of death and Thor’s sister who’s released her from prison and goes to conquer Asgard. While trying to stop Hela from reaching Asgard, Thor’s hammer is destroyed and he ends up on an unidentified planet. Thor is then captured by Valkyrie (played by Tessa Thompson) the last Valkyrie warrior who captures people for the Grand Master (played by Jeff Goldblum), the leader of the planet. Thor is then taken into a Gladiator fight against the Grand Master’s champain the Hulk (played by Mark Ruffalo). After they fight, Thor creates a plan with the help of Hulk, Valkyrie, and his brother Loki (played by Tom Hiddleston) to escape the planet and stop Hela from taking over the 9 realms.

Thor Ragnarok is a great movie that is different from any other Marvel movie. The characters are great, especially The Hulk who acts like a big angry kid that can smash you into pieces. The comedy is hilarious with all the characters having terrific comic timing and chemistry with each other. The action is exciting with many of the fights being very different from each other and adding something new every time. The weakness of the film is that the Hulk isn’t shown that much in the climax compared to some of the other characters. Thor Ragnarok gets 9.5/10 stars.
