2015 Powder Puff Football Games Fast Approaching

Are you ready for some football? Slinger High School will be hosting its annual Powder Puff football games on September 30. A practice will be held on Monday, September 28 at 6:00 pm in preparation for the big games so the girls have an opportunity to brush up on their skills before game night. Both the practice and the games will be held on the Slinger High School football field. On Wednesday, September 30, the freshman team will face off against the sophomore team at 6:30 PM, and the juniors will fiercely take on the seniors at 7:30.

Student Council is providing food and fun to make the Powder Puff games an enjoyable experience for the competitors and the fans that attend. Delicious treats such as pizza, popcorn, cotton candy, and refreshments will be present, in addition to face painting and entertaining carnival games. Anyone is welcome to come and cheer on the girls, as it will be a fun event for students, staff, Slinger community members, and family members of the players. Also, any girls that show up the night of Powder Puff and wish to play may do so regardless of whether their name was on the sign-up sheet or not.
